In 1999 we bought the Old Grist Mill on a acre lot on the Railroad Station Grounds @ 1 North St in Courtland, Ontario. It was 10,000 sq ft and needed total restoration! In the beginning we were going to use the warehouse to house our antique stoves but soon realized that the warehouse was way to large for just that so we began to put together a plan for another business to compliment our stoves. After doing much research and being Vendor's in a variety of Antique Malls in 2001 we came up with the plan to start the Courtland Antique & Collectible Warehouse. In 2002 we started the renovations on Phase #1 of the mall project. Our goal was to open the first half of the mall which we opened in May 2002. Soon after we opened, Phase #1 began to quickly fill up with Vendor's from afar away as Windsor - St Catherines. Then in 2005 we realized that it was time to start the renovations for Phase # 2 as we needed more space for more Vendor's to come in. In 2006 renovations of Phase 2 began and we opened at the end of that year with about 30 more booth spaces as well as a space to house the Station Grounds General Store & Tearoom opening in 2006 as well. The Antique Warehouse has booths that are available for rent for immediate occupancy. Contact us for rates and further info. Lots of parking for bus tour groups.

2006 Station Grounds General Store & Tearoom opened up at the Courtland Antique Warehouse. The General Store is done up in the era of the late 1800's. We can seat 16 people at this time and we serve refreshments & light lunches. If you have a group that would like to come for lunch and browse through the mall contact us ahead and set up your date with the number in your party and we will do a luncheon for your group. We have had many tour groups through in the past few years such as Antique Car Tours, the Red Hat Ladies, Steam Train Tour Group, Bus Tours and others. We also carry Old Time Confectionary, it will bring you back to when you were a child with no responsibilities, when life was simple & the highlight of the week was a trip to the local candy store. We have something for everyone from 3-103.

We are also Dealers for 2 Amish Stove Manufacturers and carry their lines of 6 different certified wood cookstoves and 2 woodstoves that are on display in the Antique Mall for customers to view and book their orders. We have over 150 stoves to included very ornate and some museum pieces as well as modern woodstoves. Stoves from the mid 1800's to now.
